How to customer place an order

 

Step 1: Choose Your Products

  • 1. Visit the Artisan Lighting Phuket website at   www.artisanlightingphuket.net
  • 2. Select the products you want from the categories or use the search bar to find specific items.
  • 3. Click on the product image or name to view more details.

 

 

 

Step 2: Add Products to Your Cart

  • 1. Once you find the product you want, click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • 2. If you wish to purchase multiple items, repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

  • 1. Click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the webpage.
  • 2. Review the items in your cart and the quantities you wish to purchase.
  • 3. To adjust the quantity, modify the number in the quantity field, then click “Update Cart”.
  • 4. To remove an item, click “Remove”.

Step 4: Login Or Register

  • 1. shows step 4 of the online shopping process on the Artisan Lighting website, which is “Login or Register.” Customers can select their preferred method of logging in or registering as needed.

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

  • 1. When you are ready to place your order, click the “Checkout” button.
  • 2. Fill in the required customer information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • 3. Verify that the information is correct and click “Next”.

  • 1. On the payment page, please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
  • 2. You can make your payment by transferring funds to the company’s bank account with the following details:

Step 6: Order Confirmation
